Schaumburg police responded about 7:36 p.m. Wednesday to a report of a retail theft suspect detained at Whole Foods, 750 North Martingale Road. Police received a report that a shoplifter was in custody and was being cooperative.
The subject was transported in custody to Schaumburg Police Department Headquarters.
