The Karnataka Fire Department on Saturday admitted lapse in the Bangalore mock fire drill case where a woman lost her life on Friday.
Nalini Ramakrishna, 25, died when she was required to descend from a rope attached to a third floor window during a mock fire drill. The fire department admits lapse of judgment and questions exist why there was no safety net during the drill.
