UPDATE: Subjects in custody about 6:40 a.m. Wednesday. Father, Iryin Vaughn, 25, arrested in custody about 5:30 a.m. at a relative’s house innear 98th Street and South Yates Boulevard. Iryana K. Vaugh, 2, was found safe.
“An Illinois Amber Alert is being initiated for PD Racine WI to assist them in their investigation of an abduction which occurred in that state” Iryana K. Vaughn, 2 years old, unknown description or clothing, child last seen at 900 Racine St., Upper Flat, Racine, Wisconsin.
Law Enforcement officials believe this child may be in the company of Iryin K. Vaughn, the childs father. Iryin Vaughn is wanted in questioning regarding the homicide of the childs mother in the city of Racine. They should be traveling in a 1998 Blue Ford Explorer with Illinois license plate l32 0893. Citizens with any information on the location of Iryana or Iryin Vaughn are urged to contact the Racine Police Dept at 262-886-2300 or call 9-1-1.
