Elk Grove Village police received a report about 7:05 a.m. Wednesday of a vehicle burglary in the 300 block of South Lively Boulevard. Police received a report that a 2006 Chevy dump truck was burglarized overnight. Police received a report that tools, a drill and a cell phone were stolen.
