Schaumburg police responded about 5:11 p.m. Sunday to a report that a shoplifter was detained by loss control personnel at Sephora at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg. Police received a report that an adult female was uncooperative — throwing merchandise on the floor and not giving her name.
Woodfield Mall Security personnel also responded and detained the suspect, as she put up a fight before Schaumburg police arrived.
