Palatine police received a report about 3:27 a.m. Sunday of theft of village property from the parking garage near Carter and Colfax. Police received a report that two subjects stole signs from the parking garage, and were carrying them while walking northbound in the 200 block of Carter.
Two in custody and transported to Palatine Police Department Headquarters.
