Deerfield police alerted area police departments about 2:08 a.m. Wednesday of a driver that fled police about 2:04 a.m. A driver was reported wanted for fleeing and eluding police on Half Day Road westbound from Barclay in a red Hyundai 4-door. Police were investigating license plate registration.
