Hoffman Estates police alerted area police departments about 10:37 p.m. of a stolen auto from the Walgreens parking lot, 2560 West Golf Road, near Golf Road and Barrington Road. Police received a report that a 2005 Chrysler 300, brown or burgundy, was stolen with the keys inside the vehicle. License plate number is GOLF GI. The license plate is a U.S. Army veteran plate.
