* TIMING…RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW BY SUNRISE ACROSS
BUCHANAN…BENTON…DELAWARE…AND LINN COUNTIES. DUBUQUE…
JONES…JACKSON…AND JO DAVIESS COUNTIES WILL CHANGE TO ALL
SNOW BETWEEN 6 AND 9 AM. THE SNOW MAY CHANGE BACK TO LIGHT RAIN
BEFORE ENDING EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.

* SNOWFALL…SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 5 INCHES ARE EXPECTED WITH
THUNDER SNOW POSSIBLE EAST OF INTERSTATE 380. THE AXIS OF THE
HEAVIEST SNOW SHOULD RUN FROM DUBUQUE TO ANAMOSA. SNOWFALL RATES
OF AN INCH OR MORE PER HOUR WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE THUNDER
SNOW.

* WIND…NORTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OVER 35 MPH.

* VISIBILITY…LARGE SNOWFLAKES AND PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOWFALL WITH
STRONG WINDS WILL GREATLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES.

* IMPACTS…ROAD TEMPERATURES ARE ABOVE FREEZING BUT SNOW
ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE DURING BURSTS OF HIGHER SNOWFALL RATES
