Arlington Heights police responded about 6:34 p.m. Thursday to a report of a fight in progress at the underground parking garage of the Arlington Heights Memorial Library. Police received a report from a passer by that two male “vagrants” were fighting in the underground parking garage.
No word on police contact with the subjects.
