12:12 p.m. — Power surges, circuit breakers popped, and light smoke occurred at a strip mall in the 300 block of East Golf Road.
8:52 a.m. — Power surges have been experienced in Arlington Heights as a power line is reported down and arcing across Dundee Road, east of Rand Road.
Alarm activations experienced along Dundee Road.
6:03 a.m. — Barricades and signs blown over Wolf and Dundee Road, Wheeling — report of heavy damage to a car.
