Arlington Heights police alerted area police departments to be on the lookout for an investigation of the driver of a blue 4-Door sedan last seen in the area of Fernandez and Ridge in Arlington Heights. The offender slowed down while driving by a nine-year-old female and made obscene gestures to the female. Police received a report that the offender’s vehicle was a blue 4-door sedan with a white stripe on the bottom of the side of the car. The driver was described as a male/white in his early 20’s with brown spiky hair.
One police alert also listed the location of the incident near Maude Avenue and Fernandez Avenue.
