Arlington Heights police responded about 5:57 a.m. Tuesday after an unknown object shattered a windshield in the area of Palatine Road and Windsor. Police reported a woman with a hand injury, and requested paramedics to respond to the Mobil gas station at Palatine and Windsor Road.
