Mount Prospect police on a traffic stop near Rand and Euclid Avenue arrested two about 2:00 a.m. Thursday at Euclid Avenue and Scottsvale Lane. Mount Prospect police transported one adult female and one adult male in custody to Mount Prospect Police Department headquarters. The driver’s subcompact vehicle with temporary tags was towed to a police holding area.
