Buffalo Grove police received two reports of youth disturbance just after noon on the 300 block of Stillwell Drive and the 400 block of St. Mary’s Parkway.
About 12:30pm on Monday, September 19, 2011 in the 300 block of Stillwell Drive a resident reported four male youths rode their bikes up the driveway of a neighbor. The resident then noted two of the youths put their hoodies over their heads and then walk to the rear of the house. The neighbor called police and advised that the youths were knocking on her rear door. When the neighbor stated that she was calling the police the youths took off. Buffalo Grove police located the youths and determined that two of the youths were out of school without permission. All four were transported to the police station where they were turned over to their parents.
Police also received a report of criminal trespass to property in the 400 block of St. Mary’s Parkway about 1:00 p.m. on September 19, 2011. A resident reported that three male teens approached the house on bikes. One of the teens then went to the backyard while the other two subjects waited in front. When the dogs started barking, the subjects left the area. The teens turned out to be part of the group on Stillwell Drive.
