Palatine police responded about 4:45 a.m. Tuesday to a report of a battery in the 500 block of North Quentin Road.
The offender is described as a male/black in his 50’s. The offender was last seen in the area of an apartment complex driving a blue Ford or Chevy pickup truck.
Police and firefighter/paramedics were called back to the scene for injuries to the victim just before 7:00 a.m. Tuesday.
