Arlington Heights police received a report about 4:45 p.m. Sunday of a burglary to vehicle in the 600 block of South Highland Avenue. Police received a report that a black Dodge Caliber was burglarized. A black Oakley backpack with a Toshiba Laptop worth $500, Duracell flash drive worth $50, keys and papers was reported stolen.
