Buffalo Grove police received a report about 7:57 p.m. Friday of a residential burglary in the 600 block of Hapsfield Lane at the Chatham Condominiums. A resident arrived home while noticing someone jumping off of the balcony to their condominium. The resident(s) immediately went inside their condo unit and notice items in disarray.
Police caught up with a subject at Dundee Road and Crofton. No word on any arrests.
