Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:16 a.m. Thursday of an attempted break-in or break-in to a safe at Oberweis, 9 East Dundee Road, Arlington Heights. Tool marks were reported on the safe. An Arlington Heights patrol officer called in an evidence technician to process the scene.
