TORNADO WARNING
The second Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued for the Arlington Heights are and northwest suburbs is showing the worst cell west of our area. Storms will pass through quickly in Arlington Heights abojut 9:05 to 9:20 p.m. The storms are showing some signs of backend building and are growing as they approach the northwest suburbs.
A tornado warning issued at 8:45 p.m. west of the northwest suburbs affects DeKalb, Illinois and Sandwich, Illinois. The thunderstorm cells radar images that show the capability of producing tornadoes are moving form the northwest to the southeast — passing to the west of the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
