Arlington Heights police received a report of criminal damage to property at Volz Park, 1001 West St. James Street and Westgate Park, 211 North Reuter Drive. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders used red spray paint to draw graffiti on slides and walkways. The damage estimates at the crime scenes are unknown at this time.
The crime at Volz Park is reported to have occurred between Saturday, August 6, 2011 at 10pm and Sunday, August 7, 2011 at 11am. The crime at Westgate Park is reported to have occurred between Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 6:30pm and Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 9:30am.
