A few people reported a black helicopter flying low over Lake Arlington and near Ivy School, just west of Lake Arlington. The incident was reported to police, and police checked the area, but the helicopter was gone before they arrived.   1. Saw something very similar at Golf and 90 at noon today. Black unmarked heli hovering much lower than normal news choppers…
