Arlington Heights police received a report about 5:00 a.m. of theft of taxi cab service near University and College Drive. Police received a report that a female white refused to pay for her taxi service and was last seen walking on University Drive toward College.
Police caught up with the female and transported her to local hotel. No word on whether or not the taxi driver driver got his fare.
