Arlington Heights police received a solicitor complaint about 5:00 p.m. Thursday from the 1000 block of East Rockwell. Police received a report that a solicitor from Platinum GE was using scare tactics to sell security products. A female/white wearing a blue shirt and jeans was last seen heading eastbound on Rockwell Street.
