Sarah Palin criticized congressional Republicans Satuday in Madison, Wisconsin during a rally in front of the Wisconsin statehouse for not cutting spending deeper and faster.
“What we need from you, GOP, is to fight.” Referring to the national champion University of Wisconsin women’s hockey team, Palin said the GOP could learn from its resolve and “needs to learn how to fight like a girl” with a growl in her voice.
Those that oppose Scott Walker are only cutting their own throats. He is trying to save the jobs of teachers while the union refuses to budge because THEY will lose income. The Union leaders hold an over funded pension. The teachers is under funded. Sarah Palin is right on the mark and those that are protesting her are absolutely clueless as to the realities of the situation.
Ridiculous. Scott Walker doesn’t care a whit about saving teacher’s jobs. He threatens to lay them off anytime things are not going his way! The teacher’s unions AGREED to ALL the financial aspects of the budget repair bill, even though this would mean they lose income and take a serious pay cut. Still they said, “yes, we will sacrifice.” What they wouldn’t agree to was losing their ability to bargain with their employer about the conditions under which they work. Something EVERYONE should have! Democracy doesn’t end at the workplace door!
The only clueless person is Sarah Palin. Who used the Wisconsin people to further her desire for political power and financial gain. Palin is no different than the rest of the corrupted politicians in this country, be they Republican or Democrat.
