Arlington Heights police received a report about 10:15 PM Tuesday to a report of a burglary to vehicle in the 800 block of of East Valley. Items were taken from a vehicle. The crime was reported to have occurred between 7:15 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. Arlington Heights police are investigating. Arlington Heights police have an alert out for the northeast neighborhoods of Arlington Heights, as a high vehicle burglary rate has been recognized in the area.
