Arlington Heights police responded about 1:15 PM Sunday to a report of a hit-and-run crash involving a parked car at Jewel-Osco, 440 East Rand Road. Police received a report that an elderly driver of a silver Buick Regal hit a parked gray Toyota. The offending vehicle was last seen heading westbound through the parking lot at Northpoint Shopping Center.
