Prospect Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:20 PM Friday to a head-on crash at the intersection of Rand Road and Center Lane, about two blocks west of Camp McDonald Road. At least three people were injured. Rescue ambulances from Prospect Heights, Arlington Heights, and Wheeling responded to the crash.
