Buffalo Grove police received a report that a suspicious auto was seen in the 400 Block of Burnt Ember Lane in Buffalo Grove.
At 2:45pm on Thursday January 6, an eleven year-old resident reported a suspicious vehicle passed her as she was walking home from school. The girl stated that as she was walking a red vehicle drove slowly by. When the girl got close to her home, the vehicle approached from the opposite direction — again driving very slowly. An extra watch has been initiated for the neighborhood during and after school hours.
