Arlington Heights police responded about 1:00 PM Friday to a report of a shoplifter detained at Jewel-Osco, 1860 South Arlington Heights Road. Police received a report that an adult/female shoplifter was detained and was cooperative in the loss prevention office. Arlington Heights police are investigating.
