One of the Arizona shooting victims was arrested Saturday and then taken for a psychiatric evaluation after authorities said he took a picture of a tea party leader at a televised town hall meeting and yelled: “you’re dead.” Video includes other follow-up information, including a previously scheduled gun show.
James Eric Fuller, 63, who was shot in the knee and in the back by Jared Loughner at the Safeway store parking lot massacre January 8th, objected to the statement by a Tea Party leader Trent Humphries that asked that any discussion on gun control wait until the victims were buried.
Fuller took a picture of Trent Humphries, and then yelled “You’re Dead!” Fuller was arrested on misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges and threat charges. Fuller was then transported to a local hospital for mental health evaluation.

The incident occurred during a forum in Tucson that was taped for a special edition of ABC’s This Week with Christiane Amanpour at St. Odilia’s Catholic Church in Tucson. Victims, witnesses, emergency responders and some hailed as heroes discussed the details of the tragedy.
Less than half of the people that were present at the forum, claimed to own guns with a quick show of hands in the audience.
