Arlington Heights police responded about 6:00 PM Sunday multiple solicitor complaints in the 2600 block of Elm, 2600 block of North Ridge and 2600 block of North Douglas Avenue. Residents reported solicitors without badges selling some type high school-related program.
The solicitor description was a male/black without a solicitor permit. Arlington Heights police are investigating. No word on any arrest or police contact with the offender.
