Buffalo Grove police received a report Wednesday of criminal damage to vehicle in the 100 block of North of Old Oak Drive. A resident reported finding the gas cap open on her and finding a white granular substance on the ground and in the filler neck of the vehicle’s gas tank. No offender information was known by the resident.
