Arlington Heights police responded about 7:30 PM Monday to a report of criminal damage to a vechicle in the 100 block of South South Vail Avenue. A vehicle was discovered with a broken window on the third level of the parking garage at 22 South Vail Avenue. Arlington Heights police are investigating.
