Arlington Heights Fire Department and Elk Grove Township Fire Department firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:40 AM Saturday to an auto accident with injuries on Interstate 90 near the on ramp from Arlington Heights Road to westbound Interstate 90.
Arlington Heights Fire Department rescue ambulance was the second ambulance called to the scene for a report of one person ejected from a car and one person trapped in a car and possibly in respiratory arrest.
Police and rescuers were on the scene at least until 5:30 a.m. or later Saturday.
