Arlington Heights police responded about 5:40 AM Friday to a report of traffic lights out at Palatine Road and Windsor Police arrived and found a general power outage in the area. Northwest Central Dispatch 9-1-1 center notified Com Ed.
Police confirmed a traffic light out and also reported the Pal-Win shopping center without power.
