Prospect Heights police alerted area police departments at 1:00 pm. Thursday that a green 2008 Ford F-150 pickup truck was stolen near the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and River Road at 12:13 p.m. Thursday. The truck has a Plote written on the side with a yellow-and-green sticker on the doors.There was also a diamond-plated toolbox in the bed of the truck. The company truck number is 514 displayed on the truck.
The license plate on the truck was tagged with Illinois B truck plate 60357S.
The vehicle was last seen southbound on River Road from the crime scene.
