Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:40 a.m. Wednesday at Rand and Arlington Heights Road. The offending vehicle was a red 4-door vehicle that crashed into blue Toyota Yaris and fled northbound on Arlington Heights Road. Arlington Heights are investigating.
