Chicago police are looking for a man who sexually abused a girl in a North Side Target store about 5:25 p.m. Thursday.
The offender entered the Target store, 2112 W. Peterson Ave. and spoke with the victim and her mother in the food court. The mother and her children went on to shop, with the man walking in another direction. The man approached the girl and inappropriately touched her genital area over her clothing.
The girl immediately told her mother. Then the man fled to a red automobile and drove away in an unknown direction.
The offender is described as an Asian/Pacific Islander, 60 to 70 years old, 5’7″ and was wearing a dark blue Cubs hat with a Cubs logo on the front, a dark blue T-shirt with a gray crocodile design on it, possibly gray pants, and possibly gym shoes.
