Dear Paul B,
I am sickened by our society that takes advantage of weak and sensitive individuals. These so called kids, who took liberties and filmed that college boy with another boy, should be charged as adults. It is despicable and I am devoid of words to describe this heinous crime. What is your take on this?

Dear Colleen,
I am not a FaceBook fan or any other webiste that publicizes one’s private information. I think that we need to take a step back from all this “voluntary public exposure.” These are our lives, and they should only be shared with our closest friends. These kids (and they were kids) should be dealt with by the courts, but I don’t believe that jail time will make them “better citizens.” It is true that this young man was not at fault, and although there was a devastating outcome after his “affair” was made public, I do not feel that lengthy prison terms will accomplish anything positive. Our society is so amused with “reality” television and FaceBook, etc., we have become professional voyeurs. It’s a pretty sick world out there.
