Burglary at Winberie’s Restaurant and Bar on Lake Cook Road Buffalo Grove

Buffalo Grove police responded about 2:30 a.m. Friday to a burglar alarm at Winberie’s Restaurant and Bar, 800 West Lake Cook Road. Police found a broken window on the east side of the building. No word on whether items were stolen. A K-9 unit from Cook County Sheriffs Police Department responded to search the building while police held the perimeter in case an offender or offenders were still located inside.

Buffalo Grove police are investigating.
