Chicago police, firefighters and the United States Coast Guard responded to a collision of two boats near Navy Pier about 3:45 p.m. Sunday. One victim in water rescued and brought aboard a civilian sail boat. One of the boats was damaged with a two-foot hole about the water line. The boat may be escorted into Burnham Harbor boat launch area. The other boat is adrift and approaching North Avenue Beach.
