The offending vehicle was described as a silver Range Rover including a license plate with an ‘F’ as one of the characters. The victim is described as a female/white in her 20’s with brunette hair and wearing blue shirt. The woman was originally a passenger in the vehicle who got out of the car and was seen being dragged back into the vehicle. The vehicle was last seen northbound on Saunders Road.
