Arlington Heights police received a report about 3:45 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious incident in the 1900 block of North Ridge Avenue. Two subjects came to the door and told the resident not to worry if he heard a loud noise next-door because they were working on the house. The resident reported that it appeared the two subjects were trying to get him to come out of his house. After the two subjects left, the resident called his neighbor, who replied that no work was being done at his house.
The two subjects left in a black pickup truck, and were last seen northbound on Ridge Avenue. No gender or race information available on the subjects.
