Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:15 a.m. Friday of a vehicle burglary in the 2200 block of South Goebbert Road. A GPS and iPod was reported stolen from a vehicle. Arlington Heights police are investigating. While police were on the scene they found a second vehicle that had been burglarized.
Arlington Heights police were searching for an offender last night from about 11:25 p.m. until 2:30 a.m. Friday. A black Honda was burglarized in the 800 block of Shady Way nearby.
The offender was described as a male/Hispanic in his 20’s 5’6″ to 5’7″ about 155 LBS. He was reported to be wearing a gray hoodie with a black or dark jacket over the hoodie, and jeans.
