Buffalo Grove police were in a short pursuit (3.5 miles) from the TCF Bank at the Jewel Osco at 79 North McHenry Road in Buffalo Grove. The suspect lost control of his car and hit a light pole and crashed into a fence while going northbound on Weiland. The male/black suspect crashed his car at the intersection of Aptakistic and Weiland.
Buffalo Grove Fire Department firefighter/paramedics checked on the suspect. No police officers reported injured. Intersection ‘all clear’ at 11:15 a.m.
