Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:50 p.m. Tuesday, November 17, 2009 of a burglary to vehicle in the 1200 block of East Oakton Street. Unknown offender(s) smashed the front passenger window of a Green 1997 Infinity and removed a ThinkPad laptop and Valentine radar detector — both in plain view.
