Nathan L. Rousseau, 35, of the 1700 block of Poplar Place in Schaumburg, was arrested around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. At the residence police confiscated 5 ounces (134 grams) of cocaine with an estimated street value of $10,000. Multiple cell phones and apparatus used to cook crack cocaine was also confiscated.
Schaumburg Police Department received information from federal officials working with HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Traffic Area program) that Rousseau was providing drugs in the area.
Rousseau is being held without bond for breaking parole. He was just released from prison from a Schaumburg Police Department drug bust at a different apartment complex in 2003.
