Accident reported as a head-on crash, but not serious at Algonquin Road and Golf Road Saturday night.
Rolling Meadows police and firefighter/paramedics responded to an auto accident with one person injured at Golf Road and Algonquin Road about 9:40 p.m. Saturday night. The call was reported as a head-on collision, but was not serious. Two small white sedans collided and blocked the intersection for about 30 minutes.
Rolling Meadows Fire Department firefighter/paramedics transported a patient to Northwest Community Hospital and Arlington Heights police assisted, blocking westbound Golf Road.
