Thomas Young, 22, and his parents Chester Young and Teresa Young were sued in civil court Monday by Gina Domnick’s father, Michael Dominick.
One count alleges that Gina Dominick died after being beaten by Thomas Young, who admitted that he struck Gina Dominick in the face. Gina Dominick had cuts and bruises on her face and lip, a hematoma (bruise lump) on her head, and cuts and bruises on her arms and legs.
Another count charges Thomas Young with negligence for failing to obtain medical treatment when she was incapacitated from a heroin overdose and from injuries suffered from being beaten.
A third count alleges that Chester Young and Teresa Young were aware that Gina Dominick’s life was in danger, but failed to summon medical care.
